Franklin County Sentinel
Driving by a local farm near my home, a view that I see everyday, I was struck by this group of cows "hanging out" under the old tree. But what caught my attention was the little donkey and his mane all groomed up. He was supposed to be guarding the cows but I think he was on break. I just had to paint that scene because it brought me much joy. I love this place where I live. Jane Schafer
